Business Woman and Author, L’Oréal Group
Myriam studied at the ESSEC Business School. She then started working at P&G and PepsiCo before joining Danone where she became the CMO of biscuits and held two General Manager Positions. Yet, as her name indicates, “Well-Green”, Myriam has always wished to more actively help protect the planet. She therefore became the head of Danone’s environmental transformation. When offered the CEO role in Mars Petcare France, she could not resist joining a private company which puts “Mutuality” at the heart of its strategy. She then became the President of Pet Nutrition Europe and was in charge of 5000 persons and 12 plants. Three weeks ago Myriam has joined the L’Oréal Group where she will take on new duties early next year. Myriam is a great supporter of the women cause. Not only because she has 3 daughters (and a female cat), but also because she truly believes that diversity at work drives company resilience.
