Professor Brandeis & Harvard Universities Program on Negociation
Alain Lempereur (Harvard SJD & Fulbright) is Brandeis University Slifka Chair professor and Conflict Resolution Program director. He is an affiliated faculty and executive committee member of the Harvard Program on Negotiation. Recently, he supported the creation of the Geneva-based Center of Competence on Humanitarian Negotiation. He led research, consulting missions and executive training in 60 countries for organizations such as the BCG, the European Commission, McKinsey, MSF, the Red Cross, OECD, and UN agencies. His books and articles on responsible negotiation, mediation, and leadership include the bestseller “The First Move: A Negotiator’s Companion”, which was published in many languages.
