Danone

Official Partner of the EVE Program Asia-Pacific

The EVE Program is an original idea from Danone, in partnership with other companies, to tackle the issue of women’s progression within the professional world. It aims at bolstering women’s leadership in order to improve both individual development and collective performance. Gender balance all the way to the top of the company is now well recognized as a key factor for its growth and success.

To achieve this, Danone chose to work on two complementary levers: the external “glass ceiling” (career management and inclusive organization) and the internal “glass ceiling” many women and men still have in their heads (male and female behavioural stereotypes).

In order to accelerate the transformation of companies and society overall, the key is in each and everyone of us, men and women: let us dare to be fully ourselves, so that we can unleash our energy, collaborative spirit and leadership, while increasing our personal fulfilment !
