L’Oréal

Official Partner of the EVE Program Asia-Pacific

We are delighted to continue building, with Danone and the other associated companies, the great EVE initiative. Achieving parity in our Management Committees does not mean that the battle is over. Gender equality is not only a women’s concern; it is a global societal issue that motivates both men and women to go further to reach equality. We can testify that the EVE adventure is already showing beneficial results for L’Oréal. With the support of our past EVE participants, we have launched an internal mentoring program for women at L’Oréal. We also planned with Danone to extend the Eve program internationally with the successful launch of Eve in Asia Pacific.
