EVE 2017 – Highlights from the third day of the seminar

Eve, Le Blog Best Practices

Evian woke up to some gorgeous weather on the morning of the third and final day of the 8th EVE International seminar, and the mood was just as bright. Inspired by the plenary sessions and energized by the workshops over the first two days as well as the evening dance & networking session, participants approached the final session of the EVE experience with great enthusiasm.

Dare to act, dare to give, with Chékéba Hachemi

No sooner had participants left the morning’s workshops than they returned the Grange au Lac to hear Chékéba Hachemi’s presentation. Her poignant testimony was that of a woman who fled to France from her native Afghanistan during the Soviet invasion, and who founded the association Afghanistan Libre, which strives to promote education, health, safety, security, and empowerment for women around the world.

Dare to be yourself, dare to be real, with Thomas d’Ansembourg

The grand finale was presented by Thomas d’Ansembourg, the highly revered speaker on Non-Violent Communication and Conscious Communication. His approach involves developing a sustainable ecology in relationships, and is based on knowledge and self-respect. “Let’s stop being nice and start being honest!” exclaims Thomas d’Ansembourg: let’s develop the ability for inner change, made up of well-oiled self-esteem and an improved ability to accept difference and make a positive impact on our immediate and more global surroundings.

After EVE, EVE goes on

The 8th EVE International seminar is coming to an end… But it really is only the beginning of an adventure towards changing mindsets to change the world, for the 350 participants who have now joined a strong community of 2,800 “change makers” who are able to take action within their companies.
