Registration
What’s the level of detail for our answers? Shall we indicate what we like in our everyday work in a more technical way or shall we respond more generically?
The level of detail depends on the details you want to share with the rest of participants.
What’s the objective of these questions? Do the answers remain confidential? Are they used as a brief for the guest speakers, for the workshop groups?
Your answers will only be used in the directory that you will receive upon arrival at the seminar. No one will have access to this information outside of the EVE program.
I’m late for my registration on the site. Is this even possible?

Is it possible to keep my place, even if I get replaced by another person at the last moment?
It is not desirable at all since we prepare a directory, a badge and a personalized program for each participant. However, if you must absolutely be replaced, we would appreciate if you could notify the person that will take your place that we won’t be able to integrate his/her profile in the directory.
Accommodation
Is it necessary to book a hotel in Shanghai?
Together with the companies, the EVE team is in charge of booking and assigning you a hotel room. We will send you a confirmation email one week before the event.
Can you please give me the exact address of the Langham Shanghai Xintiandi hotel for the event?
The address of the Langham Shanghai Xintiandi hotel is: 99 Madang Road, Xintiandi, Shanghai 200021, China
We have not received any confirmation from the hotel and therefore no reservation number, is this normal?
Yes, that’s normal. The EVE team takes care of it! You just have to check-in directly at the hotel reception of the Langham Shanghai Xintiandi. We will send you a confirmation email one week before the event.
Can I book an extra night?
If you want to book an extra night, please address directly your hotel reception desk.
When will we have access to the EVE Program’s agenda?
The agenda remains confidential until the date of the seminar.
Is it possible to know the theme of each session and the different guest speakers?
As said before, the content of the program remains confidential until the date of the seminar.
Can I get the seminar’s agenda?

Can you give me the exact location of the seminar?
The entire program takes place at the Langham Shanghai Xintiandi Hotel, 99 Madang Road, Xintiandi, Shanghai 200021, China
Could you tell me at what time we are expected to arrive on Monday night?
The seminar starts at 9 am on Tuesday, November 15th with a plenary session. Please note that you are required to arrive the night before, Monday, November 14th, for a buffet dinner.
If no one can come, do we still have to pay it?
For all questions regarding payment and billing in case of withdrawal, please contact the person responsible for the EVE Asia-Pacific program in your company.
Is it possible to arrive after the first day? Would it be possible for me to know where to go to if I arrive late?
Upon arrival, go directly to the hotel reception of your hotel. They will give you a personalized program that will help you to know where to go.

Can you please tell me the dress code of the seminar?
Please note that the dress code of this seminar is casual. One of the workshops needs you to bring confortable clothes.
We inform you that a “Dance and Network” party is planned on Wednesday evening.
When will you send us the summary email with all the useful information?
You will receive a summary email a week before your departure. In the meantime, you can find all the useful information on our website.
