Luckily there are many practical strategies for building mental resilience; it is a quality that can be learned and honed through awareness and building regular practices. In this session we will focus on building your mental resilience skills using biology, neuroscience, sportsscience and CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) tools to support you on how to navigate negative thought pattern and challenge them. We will also explore building a mind that is reflective, open, focused and optimistic to get to action that drives results.
