Accelerating more women into leadership

On average, global leaders believe it will take 17 years to level the playing field and achieve gender equality in the workplace. Some think the problem has been solved, but the data tells us otherwise. Past research has pointed out problems with little help identifying solutions. We are stuck in a circular conversation about why we don’t have enough Women in leadership roles. There has been a great deal of talk,
but not enough action.

As we are here in Asia Pacific, the region where Millennials are most optimistic – 94% believe they will make it happen, versus 91% in the Americas and only 80% in Europe – let’s look for concrete actions to close the gap.
