La Poste

Parity is a societal reality that must become the reality of business. A fundamental value that has long been embedded in La Poste’s actions and policies. Vocational equality is the subject of regular social agreements designed to give women and men equal opportunities in their careers.

At La Poste, women represent 52.8% of the workforce and 52.3% of managers. There is no gap between men and women in terms of pay, raises, promotions or training. For the 5th year running, La Poste published the result of its gender equality index, reaching 94/100.

To make progress, it is strengthening its actions in three areas: the share of women in strategic and executive frameworks (our strategic plan «La Poste 2030, committed to you» sets us the goal of having 40% of women executives by 2025), the fight against sexism and violence and the strengthening of gender diversity in all professions.

La Poste Group has already launched in October 2019 the “Un. e” network, which aims to encourage exchanges and reflection to advance gender parity at all levels of the enterprise. La Poste is deeply involved in professional equality, but this is a goal to never lose sight of, to maintain and to improve.
