a Diversity & Inclusion Committee, made up of members from the Management Committees of all its Business Units and Service Units.
The EVE programme forms an integral part of our drive to strengthen our Diversity & Inclusion policy. By offering participants both the opportunity to be inspired but also to pause and reflect, it enables them to build the skills required to become enlightened leaders. The programme encourages participants to become active players in creating an open and diverse world, where every individual’s uniqueness is celebrated.
