EVE 2016 — 1 month to go: meeting those who have dared

Eve, Le Blog Social Impact

TWD“Be yourself and unleash your potential”, that’s the motto of the EVE Programme that strives to build stronger and more inspired individuals with the ability to drive change.

Every year, the EVE International and Eve Asia Pacific seminars train more than 350 managers and directors who are called upon to become “game changers” when they return to their company. These influential personalities leave Evian and Shanghai with a bold mindset and initiative to fully inhabit their role in a new leading position and take concrete actions to promote the balanced distribution of responsibilities, encouraging women to express and realise their ambitions, bring men into the movement towards equality, define the contours of viewpoints and practices that will set the bar for the economic and societal performance of the future.

Valérie Amalou (Blog editorial director) met with eight of these drivers of change, through a webseries entitled “Those who dared”. They dared, just as 300 influencers from around the business world will soon be doing after EVE 2016.

Ahead of the forthcoming edition of the EVE International seminar that will open its doors in Evian on 5 October, discover what they found interesting during the EVE experience, what it changed about their professional and personal life, and what they found motivating after they took part in the Program.
