“Those Who Dared” series: let’s hear about the boldness of EVE participants!

“Be yourself… and unleash your potential!” That’s the theme of the EVE Program, which has already trained more than 2,500 “change makers” since 2010.

The aim of this one-of-a-kind program is to create stronger and more inspired individuals who are able to bring about change in their companies… By embodying models of balanced leadership, in line with expectations in terms of an open mind, sharing and innovation that are required in society.

EVE is an invitation to “dare”. Dare to assume and assert. Dare to look at things differently and envisage new ways of taking action. Dare to endeavor to change and rethink relationships to create new opportunities for cooperation.

Those who have experienced EVE return to their companies enchanted. And perhaps forever transformed by the spirit of boldness that the seminar instills in them.

And EVE participants put this spirit into action in their daily lives as women or men, and as managers. This year, the EVE blog teams, headed up by Valérie Amalou, will be strapping on their cameras to go and setting out to meet these participants of the various EVE International and EVE Asia seminars to find out what they have to say. What memories do they have of EVE? What changed for them after EVE? How have they shared what they learned during the seminar with those around them? What actions have they taken to encourage diversity and sharing of responsibilities?

Find all these inspiring testimonies by following the “Those Who Dared” series. Three episodes are already on line: Alessandra Magione, GM of Essie (EVE International 2011) and Julie Caredda, Partner Data & Analytics at KPMG Consulting France (EVE International 2010) and Veranita Yosephine, Sales Director at Danone Waters Indonesia (EVE 2015).
