Allal Bennani is an entrepreneur, IFS therapist and expert in leadership psychology.
As a former world brand Director of ZARA Man, the largest fashion retail group in the world, he managed a team of people from 22 nationalities, helping them grow individually and optimizing their capabilities. Driven by his passion to empower people, Allal decided to leave INDITEX and fully focus on the study and research in different areas of practical psychology and personal development. An adventure that took him to over 50 countries and gave him the privilege to meet and work with people like the Dalai Lama, Tony Robbins, Harv Eker, Brendon Budchard, Roxana Erickson, just to name a few…
Today, Allal Bennani helps entrepreneurs, professionals and individuals grow, optimize their skills and achieve results. He is a designer of learning experiences and delivers conferences and trainings in 6 different languages in many European countries, the Middle East, America and Africa.
