To put organizations back in the hearts of people, AlterNego works on inclusive management, quality of life at work and cooperation in laboremployer relations. Jean‑Edouard is an anthropologist, holds a PhD in Law and is an EDHEC Business School graduate. He is a professional mediator and negotiation trainer of the “Harvard Program on Negotiation” approach.

He has worked with more than a hundred companies on the development of cooperative dynamics. He is the author of “Managing the unmanageable” and the co-author of “The Gift Revolution” and “How negotiators succeed”.
