Patrick Scharnitzky

Associate Director of AlterNego, Diversity expert

Patrick Scharnitzky has a PHD in Social Psychology. He used to be a university lecturer for 15 years. He is now Associate Director, diversity and psychosocial mechanisms consultant for the consulting firm AlterNego. He assists companies in all subjects related to the management of diversity (knowledge transfer, counselling, R&D).

He is also an expert of individual and collective decisional biases within all types of organizations. He published the book “Stereotypes within the workplace” in 2015. He is also the author of two books published in 2018: “Making the collective(really) intelligent” by Eyrolles Editions, and “Inclusion: from posture into practice” with Pete Stone for the AFMD Association.
